Our clients benefit from rapid prototype fabrication, thus reducing their time, cost, and risk of product development, and speeding time to market. We will work with you to create a design and a fabrication process that makes sense for your budget and goals. For complex designs, we take a staged approach that involves several short design-fab-test cycles to mitigate process risk. We believe that upfront investment in process development pays future dividends in terms of higher yields and shorter time to design freeze. We are industrial users at both the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility and the UC Berkeley Microlab, where we perform prototype development work. These world-class research facilities have a wide variety of fabrication and metrology tools ideal for MEMS and microsystems projects. Our experienced staff will handle all wafer processing and metrology. Our goal is to eventually transfer your project to a commercial foundry for volume production. We work with many MEMS foundries and can guide you through the technical and business evaluations needed to find the right partner to manufacture your product. |
